Dear Marina, When I signed into this forum I was surprised to notice one called Giouvetsi à la Marina and I decided to give it a look-see. And you said it was made with lamb! Lamb is my absolute favorite meat of all. Just the other night I made a roast leg of lamb, a recipe my wife taught me. She got it from her ex-husband who, in turn, learned it from his late mother (it's a Swedish recipe). It's absolutely delectable and, if you like, I could share it with you here. I was a practicing Muslim for almost 25 years and performed the Hajj pilgrimage 5 times (1998, 1999, 2002, 2003 and 2010). In 2003 my wife had converted to Islam so we arranged for a trip for the both of us. I told her that the lamb they serve over there on 'Eid day was to die for. When we were over there, I had to admit -- the lamb they were serving us didn't taste half as delicious as the recipe I had been taught!!
