I've been wondering how to support SAG's strike given there are so many streaming services and OTA channels aren't like they use to be. OTA channels can sometimes pixelate, in which one sees and hears nothing. In the old days, a show could be snowy, but you could still sort of watch it and see your show, unless you were the one being the antenna (yeah, I know I'm showing my age again). I know streaming is part of the problem with getting paid and all. The actress who played Raffi said she's not able to get insurance even. Then there's that stupid thing of using an actor's likeness and not pay the person. The list goes on and on as to what Fran Drescher and others have stated as to why actors are striking and what they are fighting for, rightly so, IMO. So there has to be a way fans can support actors during this strike, besides not watch TV. I understand the writer's strike is over, but the SAG strike is not because there's no give with the greedy powers that be.

I like Jazzy's suggestions. I just want to add that, if you do go to a convention, don't cosplay. Even if it's not intended, cosplaying is like free promotion. You don't have to follow that, but I haven't cosplayed once since the strike has started. Also, avoid asking celebs (including Marina) about any upcoming projects. They cannot promote or discuss anything like that during the strike (or, even if they're allowed, it doesn't look good to be discussing future works). Hope this helps.
