Dear Marina,
I wanted to take a minute to let you know that my 13 yo Donna (she'll be 14 in May) is doing much better. She completly stopped limping and eats and plays like a puppy again, make my heart really happy. She enjoys our walks again and we really use those precious first sunny days. Totally lifts our spirits. I hope you get to enjoy some walks with Dennis as well and that you'll have a wonderful spring and are looking forward to your birthday coming up. I'm keeping you in my prayers and I'm really thankful for every minute you take to chat with us fans. I wish you could sense the joy I feel when I see your messages. Especially today I'm so very thankful to have you and all the people that I got to know because of you in my life. I still can't wipe that stupid grin off my face that I've had on since the football comment you made to me this morning. It means so much to me Marina. Of course I had to tell all my family and they are happy, too. You have a place in our hearts Marina, never forget that.
All my love and a great big hug
Astrid
P.S.: Just had to add this little anecdote: My little boy just came downstairs all excited this early morning hour and had to tell me about what he dreamt last night: He said he was playing football with his friends at our local playground which has a sand football field with just one goal. And then the most amazing thing happened: Manuel Neuer drove by and stopped and decided to join the game. He was the keeper and my little boy got to be a defender. He said this dream made him so happy because he got to see his idol. And he‘s hoping to get to see him in real life one day. I told him I‘d love to see Harry Kane play live for once, so I guess we‘ll have to go to a Bayern game now.😖
It was totally adorable to see him so very excited early in the morning before school!
