Frankly it didn't go as planned and I didn't mean to leave my previous answer so vague! But yeahh i boiled the brusslesprouts and the fried em in a little bacon grease..but where I ran into problems is that I didn't have anything to thicken the cream..so I added cheese to it which was a mistake because instead of a creamy flavor it was a little bit overwhelming with the cheese.
