i will add that almost every year tho I go through a few day phase where all the traditional songs (Silent Night, Drummer Boy, Hark the Herald, etc) bring me to tears remembering all my loved family members who have passed on. I can be driving down the road and burst out in tears if I hear the radio playing songs that remind me too much of Christmas’s past.
And thats ok. The music of the season can be a very healing balm for a weary soul. Tears shed can be a release so that pent up sorrows or joys not able to be expressed in any other way can come forth. Hugs to you my precious friend.
The friendly beasts and the Gift and silent night and Bellow wood from Garth Brooks, actually the whole Beyond the season Garth Brooks CD. And Celine Dion's These are the special times CD. How about you, Bekah?
