You know it's incorrect to think animals don't have language. They have at least a rudimentary one. Actually there's probably a lot we don't know about what's going on in their minds.
Anyways, I sometimes think from time to time. You know, your pet, especially dog or cat, probably has something he or she uses to classify you in their mind. As they probably do with everyone else in your home and who they meet. So did you ever wonder what they think of you?
Because you know, it could be something nice. Or it could be something like "Smells-Like-Tuna" or "Has-A-Big-Nose". "Here comes 'Smells-Like-Tuna' with my food" and so forth.

While I know they love me as much as I love them, I've always thought my cats called me 'stupid human'. And sometimes I agree with them.🙄
I'm not sure if my puppies have a name for me yet but they sure know how to make noise! My little boy howls like a beagle when he sees me! He sounds cute tho 💕
"Canopener."
I agree with AJ. My pets probably think of me as "mommy" since I use that when communicating with them 😂
My nephew dog knows people by name too. I need to go see him it has been a few weeks.
I always tell my brother if my nephew dog could speak that he would sound like he was from the Jersey Shore 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think my pets have probably always called me "Mama," because that's what I (and other people) use when talking to the animals.
"The-One-Who-Feeds-Me"? :P
I often wonder that too. I wonder what my 7 year old female Jack Russell/Bull Terrior mix Zarah thinks. Maybe she thinks.... She's always calling me bebe. Maybe she thinks that I'm her furry daughter. LOL!!!!!
I just spent 6 uneventful days in MedJail, or as others call it, the hospital. Upon my return home, my cat was less than thrilled. I think it’s because she doesn’t know the difference between me being gone on vacation, which I’ve done 3 other times this year, and me being noticeably absent due to an unplanned stay in the hospital. So this week I guess my name is b***h 😂😂😂. Anyhow, she’s furious at me & won’t even come near me right now.
My dog knew my name. If someone said "Where's Val?" she'd lead them straight to me.
