Thanks so much for replying. Ok, here’s why I asked. I was thinking about, for the holidays, giving you a virtual gift. I was originally going to surprise you, but than I thought it would be best to run it by you first. So, here’s what I was thinking. Since you are a huge dog lover (like I am), I wanted to do a drawing (or an acrylic painting, if you’d prefer that) of your dog(s) and share it on here with you on Christmas day. If you don’t want me to, I 100% respect that and I absolutely won’t. But if you do, I can draw/paint you with them, just your dogs or just one dog. If you have a preference, let me know that, otherwise I’ll just pick the picture that I like best from Google images. Anyway, I won’t do anything unless you give me the ok, because the last thing I want is to do something you don’t want or that makes you feel uncomfortable. So, yeah, just wanted to offer a follow-up explanation as to why I asked you what your favorite animal was.
Have you ever had a cat? I only ask because I had a dog when I was younger (and I loved him to pieces) but I was 33 when I got my first cat. And it has been so different from having a German Shepard but a rewarding experience still.
My paternal grandmother was born & raised there. Next summer, I am taking my children to Carini, which is where Nona is buried. I showed my kids a picture of her and my daughter thought it was me. My son actually cried. This trip is big for me.
Dog
My cat Sicily. I never thought I would have a cat. Then I did, and fell in love with her.
Dogs
Mine's a lady bug.
