We already lost Data. But in all seriousness, I’ve watched way too many movies where your character dies. I can think of 8-9 right off the top of my head. That’s traumatizing for those of us who love you!!!!!!! And Deanna Troi is not just a character. She’s become a family member to many of us. Just the thought of losing her on this Season of Picard actually made some of us completely sick or gave us nightmares. No joke!
And for me, sometimes it’s hard to see just a “character” that you play. It feels like YOU, Marina, when I watch.
