Sometimes having the opportunity to step outside of yourself and be someone you’re not can be enjoyable. That and Mavis was a complete 180 from Troi; so the change was probably refreshing, as well.
Marina mentioned that in Green Street Hooligans 2 Stand your ground she had a role that she enjoyed playing so much, she couldn't wait to get to work in the morning. She was a mean prison officer.
