Being in the line of work - whats an acting exercise or warm up technique that you found to be actually helpful? And is there something you learned that you deem totally silly?
Not sure if it’s the same for acting, but in ASL facial expressions and body language are super important. To the point where you need to almost overexagerate it. I had a teacher say that if you think you’re overdoing it with the facial expressions, than that probably means you’re actually doing it the right amount. For me, recording myself and than watching the recordings allowed me to view how I was doing from an outsiders prospective and see where/how I needed to improve. Again, may be different for acting, but this is my personal experience.

Most of it.
