I'm always searching for good books to read and I'd love to hear about your favorite books and what you're currently reading.
Currently I'm almost done with the first dragon tattoo book and I did enjoy it mostly because of the strong female lead of the story and how she deals with problems. I'm looking forward to reading the other two books in that trilogy, too bad that the remaining 7 will remain unwritten...
And following a recommendation of one of my newest pals I'm reading this:

And came across something I found to be very true:” It is when language stops that we connect most fully.”
And just in case anyone hasn't read it yet, my favorite book forever is Imzadi by Peter David. I've read it so many times, it fell apart and I had to buy it again.
I'm hoping to get lots of exciting ideas for a future read from y'all🤗
The Millenium saga is a masterpiece. I'm glad you liked it ;)
Currently I'm reading a book about Los Angeles:
What an ugly cover, I'm sorry, but it looks like designed in Paint.
Now compare it with the Polish version:
It't not a very good book. I haven't finished it yet, but I was expecting sth else. I thought it would be more about the city itself, some history etc, but what we've got is a blend of stories from some people that don't actually show us what is like to live there and that don't even answer the author's question from the beginning of the book.
I've read two books in the last few days. One is called: Frida: THe Biogrophy of Frida Hahlo by Hayden Herrera. It's a great book about one of Mexico's greatest painters. The other is: The Ride Of A Lifetime Lessons in creative leadership from 15 years as ceo of the Walt Disney Company by: Robbert Iger who was recently hired back as the CEO of the Walt Disney Company. I've always loved reading biographies and I highly reccomend these two books.
Ha, I found a Star Trek reference in the girl who played with fire 🖖
It's on page 112😇🤣
Loving the book so far, very good vacation read👌
“Where the Crawdad’s Sing” is my favorite book. It’s a bit of a tear-jerker, but I highly recommend it. Also, if you like Sci-fi than you would probably like “The Time Travelers Wife”. Fun fact, the Doctor/River Song story arch from Doctor Who was based off that book.
I'm currently reading dune and when not reading dune, more often pouring over pages of documents and research for my podcast, until it gets done with the podcast that will be the main reading for a while longer yet.
